Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Digital Courses and Content
1.1 No-Refund Policy
- Once you have accessed the digital content or online courses, no refunds will be provided.
- By purchasing our digital content, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
- The free module available for each course allows you to evaluate the content quality before purchase.
1.2 Withdrawal Right for EU and Swiss Consumers
- Consumers in the EU and Switzerland have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of the contract conclusion (purchase date).
- This withdrawal right expires once you have accessed or downloaded the digital content.
- If you exercise your withdrawal right before accessing the content, we will reimburse all payments received using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction.
1.3 How to Exercise Your Withdrawal Right

2. Coaching and Live Sessions
2.1 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session can be rescheduled at no charge.
- Cancellations made between 24-47 hours before a scheduled session are subject to a 50% rescheduling fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session or no-shows are charged in full.
- All cancellations must be made in writing via email.
2.2 Rescheduling
- You may reschedule a session without penalty if done more than 48 hours in advance.
- We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your new preferred time slots.
- Rescheduled sessions must be used within the original validity period.
2.3 Provider Cancellation
- If we need to cancel a session, we will provide at least 24 hours' notice when possible.
- In case of provider cancellation, you will be offered either a full refund for that session or rescheduling at no additional cost.
- In the event of technical failures during online sessions, reasonable attempts will be made to reconnect. If the session cannot continue, it will be rescheduled.

- We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any technical issues that prevent access to purchased content.
- Technical issues that cannot be resolved may qualify for a refund, to be determined on a case-by-case basis.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
The following circumstances may be considered for partial or full refunds at our discretion:
- Serious illness or medical emergency (with supporting documentation)
- Death in immediate family
- Natural disasters affecting the customer
- Technical issues on our part that cannot be resolved
