Payment Terms
1. Payment Methods
Here's how you can pay us:
Credit Cards (via Stripe) We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club.
Mobile Payments (SumUp) In person we accept contactless card payments. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay work too.
Invoice After receiving the invoice you have 10 days to transfer the money. EU customers can use SEPA direct debit if they want. We'll send the invoice to your email address.
PayPal works for some services.
2. Currency and Exchange Rates
Our prices are shown in CHF, EUR or USD - depends what's on the website. You pay in whatever currency shows at checkout.
Exchange rates are based on the current daily rate. If your bank charges currency conversion fees, that's on you.
3. Billing Information
Please provide correct billing details and keep them updated. That way we can process your order and reach you if needed.
Business customers, we need:
- Company name with legal form
- VAT number or similar tax ID
- Company address
4. Price Changes
We can adjust prices but will let you know 30 days ahead. Your order always gets the price shown when you bought it. Services already booked aren't affected by later price increases.
5. Payment Confirmation
After payment you get:
- Email confirmation (within 24 hours)
- Purchase details and access info for digital products
- A transaction number
- Immediate access to digital courses
6. Invoices and Receipts
Card payments get an automatic receipt. Invoice payments, we send you a proper invoice by email.
If you need, we can also provide:
- Extra documents for your accounting
- Attendance certificates
- Special formats for companies
7. Payment Security
Security matters to us. So:
- SSL encrypted connections for all payments
- We don't store credit card data
- Stripe and SumUp have PCI DSS Level 1 certification
- 3D Secure for card payments
- Regular security checks
8. Overdue Payments
If you pay by invoice and don't transfer on time:
Day 10 - Payment reminder by email
Day 20 - First reminder, we might restrict access to digital content
Day 30 - Second reminder plus 20 CHF/EUR late fee, access gets blocked
Day 45 - Final reminder, another 50 CHF/EUR admin fee
Day 60 - Collection agency or lawyer, you pay all costs
9. Taxes
Switzerland: Prices include 8.1% VAT (as of 2025). Some educational offerings are tax exempt.
EU: VAT according to OSS system. Your country's tax rate is calculated automatically. Companies with VAT ID don't pay VAT (reverse charge).
International: USA/Canada - local sales tax depending on region. Other countries - prices without local taxes, you handle those yourself.
Tax receipts come automatically. Annual summary on request.
10. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments
For subscriptions we charge automatically. You get notified 3 days before.
Cancellation: Anytime for month end. Send us an email at
If payment fails: We try again after 3 days. If it fails again, we block access until you pay.
11. Refunds
Details are in the cancellation terms. In short:
- EU/Switzerland: 14 day right of withdrawal
- USA: 30 day money back for new customers
- Digital content: no refund after download/access
